We support young people to help them into permanent work through work experience, traineeships and apprenticeships.

Diamond Print and Mail Centre C.I.C. is a social enterprise, which means we trade like any other company but reinvest our profits for social aims rather than distribute them as dividends.

Diamond was established in 2011 as a Company Limited by Guarantee to take advantage of market opportunities in the mailing services industry in West Sussex, initially working with adults with learning difficulties.

In 2016, set up an office in Langstone Technology Park where it could work with young people and provide work experience and skills in area where there is large number of unemployed young people.  The operation was moved entirely to Langstone in 2019 and converted to a Community Interest Company in 2020.

Our social purpose is to support young people to help them into permanent work through work experience, traineeships and apprenticeships at a time when this is greatly needed.  The outcomes can be measured positively through how many young people go on to find permanent jobs.

Despite the digital age, businesses and organisations are still sending out items by post, ranging from letters through to creative direct mail items and sample packs.  The use of automation or poly-wrapping for smaller mailings is not economical and there has not been much development in the equipment during the past 20 years to change that position.

In many respects the need for hand-enclosing has increased with direct mail becoming more creative and complex.  Marketing companies are looking for innovative ways to attract the attention of recipients of direct mail and hand enclosing provides the only solution.

Our specialist Print division can produce every type of marketing collateral that you could imagine landing through your letterbox or placed in your in-tray, including but not limited to: Letterheads, Brochures, Postcards, Leaflets, Flyers, Inserts, Envelopes, Catalogues, Magazines, Polythene-wrap, Carriers, Labels of all print sizes, Membership cards, Forms and Posters.

Diamond Print and Mail Centre provides a fast turnaround for print and mailing services.  We appreciate that the timing of print and mailings is critical and that sometimes the timescales get a little tight, but we will always endeavour to meet the customer’s target date for delivery.
